Allegra Banquets

Addition and Renovation - Architectural/Structural/MEP

  • Repurposed a one story storage facility into a banquet hall, including, three banquet rooms, food preparation area, bathrooms and offices.

  • Two-story, 5,000 sq. ft. new addition with canopy for the entrance.

  • New plumbing and HVAC systems.

  • Reconfigured the parking lot.

Interior Renovation - Structural

  • Added framing to support the removal of bearing walls

  • Added new column footings
